I am looking for interesting and challenging opportunities! But, not just any job...
I use this site to describe a bit more about my philosophy and experience than can be done in a resume
with the hope that I can entice you to move to the interview stage. It is a shameless but honest attempt
at self-promotion clear and simple.
Recently, I have filled out a number of recruiter information sheets and many of them ask to list a
number of companies that you admire and would like to work for. I guess many people are looking for
those safe secure companies that they can retire from.
I am not! I am looking for a company facing major challenges such as one or more of the following:
While technology has changed by leaps and bounds over the past 25 years, the problems that cause
teams and programs to fail have stayed relatively constant: lack of proper leadership, planning,
coordination with partners and suppliers, and an inadequate development life cycle model.
I have 25 years experience in successfully turning teams and programs around resulting in high quality
deliverables that retain customers and increase revenue.
Making Lemonade out of Lemons gets my adrenaline flowing and I can help you!
Projects have involved custom server platforms and applications where I worked directly with
customers as well as high volume consumer electronics where we went from development to making
thousands of units per day such that defect escapes could not be tolerated.
I am recognized as an expert in these areas including being hired multiple times by the same executives
